Please note: This event offers premium and standard booth pricing and benefits based on booth location in the Expo Hall. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and priority will be given accordingly to Chairman’s Circle members, Member Discount Partners, Supplier Committee members and top prior years’ exhibitors. AMSA reserves the right to deny exhibit space to companies that have overdue account balances with AMSA or any of its affiliates. Exhibit booth does not include any furnishings or utilities, which must be ordered from the Arata Expositions, Inc. exhibitor service manual.

Dismantling exhibits or “preparing to dismantle” before the show closes is prohibited. Dismantling of booths includes packing any equipment, literature, display materials, graphics, giveaways, or in any way altering the appearance of an exhibit. Exhibitors that dismantle their booths before close of conference will be charged $500 for this action.

Expo Activities

Best Booth Awards

The Best Booth Awards were created to recognize AMSA exhibitors for their booth design, creativity and branding. All AMSA Expo exhibiting companies are eligible for the AMSA Best Booth Award. The categories and their respective criteria are listed below:

  • Best Overall Booth – an enticing booth with the best overall structure and appearance, product display, marketing message and materials
  • Best Booth Technology – the best use of innovation and integration of technology
  • Best Green Booth – the best use of renewable materials

Take advantage of this additional exposure and compete in the Best Booth Award competition. Judging takes place on the afternoon of Monday, March 16, and the winners will be announced during Tuesday’s General Session on March 17.

AMPAC Pinewood Derby

AMPAC is proud to present the 13th Annual Pinewood Derby complete with racing moving trucks! This event occurs, Monday, March 16 at 5:00-7:00 p.m. This must-watch event is the focal activity during the Monday reception. Derby Awards include: Fastest Truck in The Race (Gold Medal), Second Fastest Truck in The Race (Silver Medal), Third Fastest Truck in The Race (Bronze Medal), Most Patriotic, Judge’s Favorite and Best Fuel Economy. The money raised goes towards AMSA’s political action committee, AMPAC.

Scavenger Hunt

In an effort drive traffic to the Expo, there will be a “scavenger hunt” administered via the conference’s mobile app. Attendees will have to find the exhibitor who matches each question for a chance to win great prizes.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception, scheduled Sunday, March 15 at 4:30-7:00 p.m., is the conference’s kick-off event. The reception provides an excellent opportunity to talk about your products and/or service with conference attendees, reconnect with old friends and colleagues, meet new people and create valuable connections. Heavy hors d’ oeuvres and for the first time ever – an open bar — be available during this event.

Wine Tasting

Attendees have the opportunity to participate in a wine tasting on Monday, March 16 at 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Expo, performed exclusively by Lakeridge Winery and Vineyards. A selection of award-winning wines ranging from dry to sweet with sparkling will be offered. Lakeridge ranks as Florida’s largest premium winery and remains a pioneer in the development of premium and sparkling wines.

AMSA’s Official Exhibitor Service Contractor: Arata Expositions, Inc.

Enhance your booth by adding furniture, custom carpeting, or create a customized booth. Arata is the official exhibitor service contractor for the Expo.

Confirmed exhibitors will receive access to an online exhibitor kit 90 days prior to the conference (you will need to create a profile online). The exhibitor kit highlights the rules, regulations and services provided by Arata, and includes information on shipping your items and the necessary forms required as it relates to your booth set-up.
